The History Of The Mystic
Mystic was constructed in 2007 by Freeport Shipbuilding Group in Freeport, Florida. The ship is a custom designed ocean going sailing schooner. Mystic is recognized as a classic schooner design: three-masted, gaff-rigged, with a square topsail.

Cashman Equipment Corp. acquired Mystic in 2014 with ambitions to renovate and refit the ship with comfortable, overnight accommodations and modern, upscale facilities. Since the refit, Mystic has hosted pleasure cruises all over the eastern seaboard from Nantucket and the greater New England area to the Caribbean Sea and the British Virgin Islands. The beautiful ship has hosted corporate outings, romantic getaways as well as family gatherings. Mystic has been commissioned for Sea based classrooms and ocean going training voyages to rediscover the fascinating tradition of sailing aboard a tall ship.
Upon boarding Mystic, you will be captivated by tall masts, elaborate rigging and large, spacious decks. The interior of the ship boasts a delightful, roomy salon and comfortable lounge. Oversized windows provide natural light and spacious views. All cabins and common areas are climate-controlled and offer ample room comfortable occupancy. Mystic comfortably carries up to 32 passengers for domestic overnight excursions, and has several available stateroom layouts:
feature queen-size beds, private bathroom, porthole window, skylight, individual climate control, and A/C power outlets.
The salon offers a fully functional wet bar including an automatic ice maker, blender, full bar with built in sink and two refrigerators. Each refrigerator is climate controlled separately for conditioning Champagnes and fine wines. Advance notice is suggested for special requests.There are five restrooms on board available for general use and 4 showers as well. Each end suite has a private restroom and shower seperate from common areas.
